  • Production or fulfillment limitations

2.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Your order is accepted once production begins or your order has been shipped.

Many of our products are custom-made using pet photos, names, artwork, and other information provided by you.

By submitting photos, text, or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests that violate these requirements.

2.4 Design Approval

For products that require artwork approval, production will begin only after approval is received. Delays in approval may result in delayed delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Processing Times

Because our products are made to order, production generally requires 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, production times may be longer.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Because custom products enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once production has begun.

For personalized pet portrait orders, cancellations requested after design work has started may be subject to a design fee.
